Four
teams winner of Yescom 2007 was rewarded with a home stay at Kampong
Peleggong, Negeri Sembilan. They are Yangzheng primary
school,
Rulang Primary school, Dunman Secondary School and Madrasah Al-Irsyad
sponsored by Malaysian Tourism Promotion Board. In Peleggong
they
were introduced to their foster family, the family whom they will be
living with during their stay.
Here
participants
experience kampong life. They learned how business was done in the
village, they visited the goat farm, cottage industries, they learned
the village culture, they go for jungle trekking, and bath themselves
in the beautiful waterfall, but most important is the bonding they had
with their foster parents. When it is time for them to go home, they
were all in tears.
